New Sale Date, Saturday, September 7th

Due to circumstances beyond our control, our sale date has been changed to Saturday, September 7th.

It looks like we will have 11 steers and 7 heifers sired by Eye Candy, Highliner, Mercedes Benz, Monopoly, and Walks Alone.

The PEI Provincial 4H show, known as Rural Youth Fair is scheduled for Saturday, September 14th which was our original sale date.

We hope to have our 2014 sale on Saturday, September 13, 2014.  Calving for this sale will begin in October with calves coming by Boardwalk, Eye Candy, Mercedes Benz, Monopoly, Ohio Senator, Thriller, Unstoppable, and Walks Alone.

Eye Candy X Angus Bred Heifer

Eye Candy X Angus (KJDF Snowstorm 81S, R F Rainmaker 7C58) bred to Connealy Right Answer 746 male sexed semen, due mid January. She is a 3/4 sister to the 2012 PEI Easter Beef Show Grand Champion Steer, also our high seller in our 2011 sale and a maternal brother sired by Walks Alone sells on September 14th.

Here is our Boardwalk X Angus-cross heifer, tag 65.  She is due to calve in mid December and is bred to Connealy Right Answer 746 (GenChoice 90 Male Semen).  Right Answer (sired by S A V Final Answer) is pictured below.

Speedy Recovery

Happy Father's Day

Pre Father's Day event at Duncan Livestock was moving a group of bred heifers and cows to new pasture.  Club calf and purebred heifers are bred to sexed Right Answer and sexed Bismarck. Male Right Answer semen for the club calf heifers and female Bismarck and Right Answer for the purebred Angus heifers. Cows in this field are bred to Eye Candy, Ohio Senator, sexed female Bismarck, and Unstoppable.
